
Ms Ros Tennyson
Ros Tennyson has led the partnership-building work of the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) since 1992. She has always been dedicated to a practice-based approach and to empowering practitioners from all sectors by offering partnering skills training. She has compiled a number of practical guides to cross-sector partnering including: The Partnering Toolbook (available in 19 languages); The Brokering Guidebook and Talking the Walk: A Communications Toolbook for Partnership Practitioners. She has led more than 120 cross-sector workshops in 30+ countries – the first, in 1992, was in Jamshedpur, India co-hosted by Tata Steel and CII.On behalf of IBLF, Ros was co-founder and is currently co-Director of the Post-graduate Certificate in Cross-sector Partnership (in collaboration with the University of Cambridge) and the Partnership Brokers Accreditation Scheme (in collaboration with the UK’s Overseas Development Institute). The latter is a professional training programme for those in any sector acting as partnership intermediaries – cohort 11 took place in India in March 2007, supported by GTZ.
