Navprerna's primary focus is creating livelihood opportunities for persons with disability. Major chunk of our client group is unskilled from the villages of Ghaziabad besides creating employment opportunities for them in the small and medium enterprises located in their neighbourhood.

However due to lack of industrial orientation and absence of technical knowhow we are finding it difficult to place with the industries. Thus we have a sheltered workshop where they are meaningfully engaged in floating candles, auto indicators and spices manufacturing units.
