Mr Narendrakumar A. Baldota is Chairman & Managing Director of the Baldota Group. He was actively involved in the Day to day Operations of the company for over five decades. During such time he was instrumental in the diversification the Baldota Group in wind Power Generation and is the largest producer of the wind power in the country. In 1976, even before the legislative measures were introduced in 2001, he initiated measures for the conservation of the environment and soil protection through afforestation and soil plantations. In recognition of this effort, MSPL Limited was awarded Indira Priyadarshini Uriksh Mitra Award in 2004 by Ministry of Environment & Forest, Govt of India. Under his able leadership, MSPL has gained Jamanalal Bajaj Uchit Vyavhar Puraskar from the council for Fair Business practices (2006).
