NDTV CSR Award Assessment
BCF played a key role in the assessment process for NDTV-CSR Inclusion & Diversity Award (Partner: Enable India) for the year 2009 and 2010. This award recognises the work done in the field of CSR by companies who report their yearly work on the basis of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). BCF works on a huge primary and secondary data of the organisations to carefully assess the winner.
Business world - FICCI - SEDF CSR Award Assessment
BCF was on the assessment panel of the Business world FICCI-SEDF CSR Awards for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008. The award is organized every year to encourage and recognize the work undertaken by the corporate in the area of CSR. The CSR initiatives of these companies were taken up for verification based on specified parameters, some of which included: identification of key communities and their needs, leadership, action plan, partnerships, impact, sustainability, reporting…
Alcan Prize for Sustainability 2005 & 2007
BCF in partnership with Alcan and International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) convened the India Assessment Panel in May 2005 in Delhi and in May 2007 in Hyderabad. The US$ 1 million award is instituted by Alcan inc, in order to acknowledge the contribution of not for profit and civil society organizations in integrating economic, environmental and social sustainability for the benefit of present and future generations.
